Mode of Action: BASF Imunit works in two powerful ways to control pests. First, it blocks the formation of chitin, a key part of the pest’s outer shell. Without a strong shell, pests can’t grow or molt properly, which leads to their death over time.

Second, it disrupts the pest’s nervous system by allowing too much sodium into their nerve cells. This causes their nerves to fire uncontrollably, leading to twitching, paralysis, and eventually death. By attacking pests from both inside and outside, Imunit ensures strong and effective protection of crops.

Recommendation: BASF Imunit is used to control key insect pests in various crops, including: Thrips, Spodoptera litura, and Helicoverpa armigera in chilli; semilooper and Spodoptera litura in soybean; and Thrips, Spodoptera litura, and Helicoverpa armigera in tomato.
